PAYING EARLY = BENEFITS

If the Spring 2012 semester tuition is paid-in-full by the January 23rd early payment deadline, you will receive the following:
  • Free internet
  • Free transportation from Budapest Ferihegy Airport
    • Only eligible if student arrives and departs on the prescribed arrival and departure dates.  In the event that a student arrives or departs outside of those dates, we can assist student's in arranging transportation.  In this case, the student will be resposible for transportation fees
    • City pick-up not eligible
    • For families: traveling with children, please notify the office so we can bring proper car seats for the child(ren)
  • No visa fees 
    • This does not apply for students requiring an entry visa
    • For families: this applies to students only.  Parents will be responsible for any visa fees for children

DEPOSIT

If you have been accepted as a CCBCE or MTP student, please promptly send the non-refundable deposit of 200 Euro (or $200 for students coming from the US).  This will hold your reservation, and confirm your intent to come.  In order to determine your remaining tuition balance, deduct the deposit amount(s) from the original tuition balance.

    • We only accept checks from US banks.  Checks with markings or corrections are NOT acceptable.  
    • Please make legible, and use blue or black ink only.
  • Incremental payments
    • Eligible prior to the semester start date.  If you elect to utilize this option, we request that you complete a form (we will provide for you) stating your request and intention.
  • Home church and/or family support 
    • If a home church, family member, and/or friend would like to contribute towards your tuition, they may do so by check OR via online credit card payment (VISA or MASTERCARD only).
