FOR CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS

  • Organizer’s guidelines (PDF) - COMING SOON
  • Summer
      • Our facilities are mostly visited by church retreats, different church ministries and other Christian organizations. In the summer we primarily operate on a Monday through Saturday schedule.  Typically, conferences arrive Monday afternoon, and depart on Saturday morning (unless otherwise agreed with the conference organizer)
      • While our operations involve a number of full-time staff, our guests are served by a group of volunteers from Hungary, the United States, and other parts of the world.  Our volunteer staff commit either parts of, or their whole summer to serve the Lord and our guests at the conference center.
  • Fall & Spring
      • Between February and May, as well as September through December the conference center hosts Calvary Chapel Bible College Europe.  During semester, facilities can be made available for smaller groups or gatherings, but the availability of the meeting rooms and housing may be limited due to the semester.
  • Winter
      • The conference center is closed for most of December through January.
