REACHING THE NATIONS

Two of the many constants EVERY semester are:

1. The multiplicity of cultures and nationalities among the student body
2. Every student takes part in outreaches throughout Europe and beyond

We cannot quantify the impact that these have on each student to have: a growing concern and care for others, a desire to build up the Body of Christ, and a burden to reach the lost.  Many past CCBCE students have come with the intent of coming for one semester, and are now serving on the foreign mission field in various capacities.  It is clear that God is the one who has brought, is bringing, and will bring His increase.  

"So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase." - 1 Corinthians 3:7 (NKJV)

OUTREACH INFORMATION

• Each student is part of one 10-day outreach and one weekend outreach per semester.
  • As there are various weekend outreaches throughout the semester, students are welcome to join multiple weekend outreach teams.
• Locations vary semester-by semester.
  • Outreaches are primarily led to Calvary Chapel ministries throughout the Europe.
• Costs vary from outreach-to-outreach.
  • The costs are NOT included in the tuition price.
  • Costs include transportation, housing, and meals (unless they are otherwise specified).
• There are various types of outreaches--practical ministry, evangelism and discipleship ministry, children's ministry, English lessons/camps, and others.
• There will be an outreach reflection paper due as part of the Evangelism and Disicipleship course.

 
               

30-DAY OUTREACH

Continuing for the Spring 2012 semester, every MTP student will be required to particpate on one 30-day outreach during their year at CCBCE.  These outreaches take place between semesters--typically, May-June or December-January.

• 30-day outreaches must be pre-approved by the MTP director.
• If you don't have a particular location or ministry in mind, we can assist in connecting you with, and placing you in a ministry for the duration of the time period.
• This requires extra initiiative on your part.
  • You will be in communication with the missionaries or minstry
  • The costs are NOT included in the tuition price.  Please budget accordingly.
• There are various types of outreaches--practical ministry, evangelism and discipleship ministry, children's ministry, English lessons/camps, and others.
• There will be a follow-up meeting with the MTP director to debrief and discuss your experiences and leasons learned.
